Months of anticipation for a stellar line up featuring the likes of Summer Pearl, Venna, Jamilah Barry, Madlib, Eve and more, meant that the people came prepared for ultimate enjoyment. It’s no surprise that upon hearing the news of Erykah Badu no longer performing, there was a feeling of disappointment as so many festival-goers were looking forward to her closing an already amazing experience.

With a shift in schedule and artists ensuring that the people got what they came for, we witnessed electrifying performances, audience interaction and participation like no other!

There were many enchanting performances on the day, as huge fans, it was amazing to see Venna completely mesmerise his fans at The Blues Project curated stage, while bringing his inner-city London energy over Jazz instrumentals and sax solos.

Eve brought the house down with her Hip Hop medley, reminding us why she is cemented in Hip Hop history! Giving space for an epic DMX segment and giving us all the bangers we remember from MTV Base days along with energetic dancers and crystal clear vocal delivery.

As the evening drew to a close, the harmonious melodies of En Vogue serenaded us and reminded us of the power of legacy, commitment and raw talent. Their vocals were stellar and served as a well and truly needed hug in the form of Soul and RnB sounds.

We’ll be looking forward to Cross The Tracks 2025 and documenting even more memories as we celebrate the talent across each stage!
