KAIDI & NK-OK – Time Capsule

UK Jazz frontrunners Kaidi Akinnibi and NK-OK (One half of Blue Lab Beats) have joined forces on an elaborate, colourful and vibrant track “Time Capsule”!

The track represents transcendence, the merging of sound, time and space with influences of grime, jazz and funk depicted in Kaidi’s uptempo sax notes and the dark yet groovy production of NK-OK.

“Time Capsule” sounds like the busyness of inner city London, the chaos and multiple stories all happening at once, a depiction of the world in it’s current state.

This track is the second offering from the upcoming album “Sounds of Afrotronica”, their first release from the project was “Sweet Shop“. We’re surely in for a treat so get listening and sharing as we patiently await the album!
